Four Seasons Spa Las Vegas
The Four Seasons Las Vegas is the only non-gaming hotel in Las Vegas on the strip. Its actually connected and accessible from the Mandalay Bay and Delano properties. Actually, they have a restaurant with an outdoor veranda, which is a really nice spot to have breakfast, especially if you are staying at the Mandalay Bay. It is just a nice way to start your day with breakfast outdoors.
It was only natural to want to check out the Four Seasons Spa after checking out the Spa at Mandalay Bay, which you can read about here.
The Four Seasons Spa is really the ultimate in luxury. I dare say that given that the Four Seasons is not a casino, there is a little less traffic coming into the hotel and the spa, and so It is truly an escape from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.
It has a couple of different areas that invite you relax a while, which has been a point of criticism I have had about a couple of other spas in Las Vegas, such as the Bellagio. You can read about my experience at the Bellagio here.
But back to the Four Seasons Spa
Four Seasons Spa
I really enjoy this spa. As I said, it has inviting areas that allow you to just relax for a while. They also have some tasty treats at the refreshment center. It really is a wonderful place to retreat and disconnect.
One of the more unique experiences I saw was the Head to Toe Candle massage. So of course, I had to check that out for you. The whole massage uses natural candle wax and coconut oil that when melted become a massage oil that leaves your muscles and skin renewed. The wax is warmed and applied like massage oil. This is not a situation where candles are lit and wax is dripped on your body. It is not like that at all. Essentially, this is a regular massage, just used with a melted natural candle wax as a massage oil. The treatment also allows you to select a scent to further enhance your experience. I was on a big aromatherapy kick at the time, so this is another reason I opted for this service.
Overall
The Four Seasons is one of my top spa picks when in Las Vegas. For other spas in Vegas, see the Love to Spa Vegas Spa Guide.
