SPORTea Review

I always enjoyed  an Iced Tea at Lunch at the Tree Restaurant at the Lodge at Woodloch. It was a green tea, with some sweet flavoring to it.  I was very happily surprised to learn that it was not only a product that you could purchase, but one that is not proprietary and readily available. It is SPORTea, which is a blend of black and green tea, siberian eleutherio root, ginger, mate`, vitamin c and natural flavorings.

SporTea

It  is virtually caffeine free, while purporting to be a good source of energy, as well as a stress-fighter and thrust quencher. I don’t know if I would go so far to call it an energy drink, as I did not notice a difference in energy, and i can drink this before bed and not feel wired.   I also wouldn’t say its a stress fighter, and it claims to replace potassium and other minerals, but only has 17 mg of potassium.     But I do enjoy the tea, and find it definitely is a thirst quencher.   Its  a great alternative to drinking water all the time.

When I visit the Lodge at Woodloch, I drink this all the time, morning, noon and night, and they are so accommodating in filling up your water bottles with it up request, if you want the SPORTea instead of water.    And for Spa Inspired Living.  I make a pitcher of this tea almost every day and I buy several boxes of this at a time from a variety of places online.
